I am a licensed broker looking for one more roommate to share a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. You would have your own room -- you can fit a queen sized bed. You would share a bathroom with another female who is only home 10 days out of the month (she travels for work every week), so essentially would have a bathroom to yourself. There are 24/7 doormen so it's a very safe place to live. In the photo, you are the bedroom closest to the living room. There is also a gym and laundry in the building.

It is located on 42nd St and 9th Ave in Hells Kitchen (close to a ton of great food and an easy subway ride to the UWS or the West Village). It has a great view of the Hudson River and city.
You will share with two females that work together and recently just moved from LA. They are easy going and clean. Posting includes wifi, gas - other utilities are another $35 a month. Half month broker fee of $942.50 required.
