Hi, Alexandra here; I have a room becoming available Nov 1st - it?s a luxury building 505 west 37th street. You can check it out online. I?m on the 16th floor. The rent is $2,050 per month for the larger room and heat and hot water is included. We only pay electric and WiFi. Let me know if you?re interested! You would be on the lease. Please note this is a flexed apartment, wall is already up and the living room is a nice space. I?m looking for a clean and considerate person to share the apartment with. Living room is furnished. Bedroom is not. Building has laundry in the basement and wash & fold in the lobby. Doormen are the best.
