The room is located at the back side of the building which makes it very quiet. There is an outdoor area for BBQ or just to chill, for tenants only.

Laundromat is located right at the corner of the block, approximately 15 seconds walking distance.

I work full time job and enjoying different activities after, so I stay quite busy.
