Large bedroom bang in the middle of Hell?s Kitchen. Close to all subway lines and buses and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The room itself has exposed brick and 2 large bedroom windows, one of which leads you to the fire escape if you want to hang outside. The room can come furnished or without whichever you wish. A large wardrobe and storage space is built in to the wall. Erin the other roommate does works in fashion and takes care of all the bills etc, just Venmo the money to her. The bills never exceed $70pcm and that is usually in the height of summer with AC etc. Living area and kitchen has all the usual amenities as well as Roku for the TV with most channels.
