Hudson Yards Luxury High Rise 1 Bedroom w/Doorman

Looking to sublet my apartment only during the week (Monday - Friday). If you are interested you will be allowed to have sole and complete use of the apartment for those days excluding some major holidays. There are some weekends when I'm also not around so can work out something with you there as well.

Can either be by the month or by the day (depending on what works best for you). I'm out of town Monday-Friday. I do not care to share the space on the weekends so if you are looking for all 7 days/week this is not for you.

Pricing is either of the following:

-$100/day with a minimum of 10 days/month OR

-$1,400/month if you need it for the full Monday-Friday (this will save you money during most months)

Down payment expected is $1,000

Have done this before and my preference is for a working professional who only needs the apartment during the week excluding holidays. Very well located in midtown (Hudson Yards) and only 1 block away from the 7 train. Looking for someone long term (no temporary's please).

As for the apartment itself it is very luxurious (never lived in before) building with modern state of the art appliances. Has southern exposure with great expansive windows in each room. The living room is quite large and has a bedroom with a high end memory mattress. Apartment has two closets (the one in bedroom is very large).

For appliances the apartment comes with washer and dryer along with a very powerful dishwasher. I also provide an iron board with iron along with a hairdryer if you'd be needing one. The apartment also has a large bathroom (more photos to come).

Guest is expected to be tidy and respectful of the space and bring their own towels and sheets.

If this is something you can do long term can also see about adding you as an 'occupant'. This way you can have access to the buildings gym and other amenities but that will be at a cost of $75/month.
