2 Month Sublet In Hells Kitchen

Looking for a 2 MONTH SUBLET for the months of ****April & May****

Move in date: 4/01/2020
Move out date: 5/31/2020

Rent is a 1110 a month
Security deposit of 1110 required upon move in
Utilities are roughly 60 a month

I?ll be gone for these two months and am looking for a responsible, clean, organized young female professional/student to sublet the place temporarily.

You?ll share the apartment with two other young female professionals who are equally as clean, respectful, independent, friendly and we all get along really well.
I will be leaving everything but my clothes/makeup so please be mindful of respecting the space and do not apply if the following doesn?t work for you:
No couples, no over night guests, must be clean and organized.

Our ideal sublet:
We're looking for a female in her mid 20s-early 30s, who works away from home, who is clean (say no to dirty dishes!), friendly, and responsible. We hope?you've said goodbye to apartment pregames and staying out?until 5 a. m.?We like to use our apartment as a space to unwind and we mostly socialize outside of the apartment, so we don't have very many guests over and no live-in boyfriends/sleepovers.

***Since this is only a 2 month sublet - we are fairly strict on the ?no overnight guests/no bringing the party home? rule.

No smoking, drugs, or pets! We will require a reference from prior roommate that can speak to your living habits/cleanliness and ability to pay rent on time.

-utilities range around 60-70
-personal heater/AC in each room.
- kitchen equipped with toaster oven, baking oven, microwaves, fridge, blenders and juicer.
-laundromat across the street and right around the corner
-near many bus lines
-10 minute walk to the subway (A/C/E/1/2/3/N/Q/R/W/7)
-two blocks from Times Square
-near MANY bodegas, coffee shops, library, restaurants, bars.
-quality nail and hair salon just downstairs.
