This two-bedroom apartment is located in a well-maintained, quiet building within walking distance to grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants/bars.

The apartment features an in-unit washer/dryer, exposed brick, hardwood floors, and plenty of natural light. It is surrounded by a courtyard, making it a quiet and peaceful oasis from the city.

My roommate and I are both moving at the end of March and looking for two people to sublet beginning April 1st. The lease ends June 30th, with the option to renew for a full year.

Bedroom 1-$1662: This bedroom is the larger of the two, with a massive wall-to-wall closet, two courtyard-facing windows, hardwood floors, exposed brick, a built in AC unit, and plenty of room for a queen-sized bed and large dresser.

Bedroom 2-$1562: The smaller of the two bedrooms, this room similarly features hardwood floors, a courtyard-facing window, exposed brick and plenty of space for a queen-sized bed and dresser. The huge walk-in closet for this bedroom is off of the living room.

The superintendent lives in the building, so the rare maintenance issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. We have lived here for over two years and love our home. Excited to hand this gem over to lucky, new tenants!
