Roommate needed: $2,250 Master bedroom with en suite private bathroom available in 3 bed apartment for May 1 move in (or possibly sooner if needed). Luxury building in Midtown West/Hudson Yards.

The room:
-The available room is the master bedroom
-Bathroom is private (not shared with the other roommates)
-It can fit a queen or king size bed with room to spare for a small sofa and TV area. The room can come furnished or not, if you wanted to buy any of the furniture this can be discussed

The bedroom is essentially the size of a studio apartment (see pictures), enough area for a couch with floor space to spare.

-The living room/open plan kitchen space is shared with the 2 other roommates and is fully furnished. The windows overlook the Hudson River
-Dishwasher & Doorman
-The apartment also has a shared balcony
-Great sunsets from the apartment as shown in one of the pictures. Lots of windows provide great sunlight during the day.

The roommates:
-Existing roommate relocating
-The roommates are respectful, tidy and very easy to live with. They generally maintain a quiet schedule during the working week but like to go out on weekends. Essential new roommate is also tidy, and respectful of others in the apartment.

- There is also the option to use the building facilities (roof/terrace) to entertain guests

-Terrace on second floor with sunloungers/tables
-Rooftop terrace available with sunloungers, clubroom with plasma tv and pool table
