Hello! Our roommate is moving in with their partner, so my roommate (31F) and I (24M) are looking for someone to fill a room in our Hell?s Kitchen apartment.

The room itself is spacious (11' x 10'9, easily fitting a Queen-sized bed) and you can brag about your amazing view of Times Square from a top floor. See photos!

The apartment is a 3br / 2 ba flex; you?ll be in the second real bedroom, and will be sharing a bathroom (with tub). The building itself is a luxury building, with 24/7 doorman, concierge services, laundry, and a gym (currently under renovation). The location is very central, close to Times Square, Port Authority, and many subway lines are within walking distance!

About us: Your roommates (us) are clean working professionals working in finance and tech - we keep things mellow on weekdays usually but are friendly and don?t mind occasionally doing things together on weekends. If that floats your boat - cool, but if you prefer your roommates just to be people you split rent with - also cool :). We also have a very friendly 2 year old cat!

Logistics: we?re looking for June 1st move-in - though we can be flexible. The lease expires at the end of February 2021, at which point you're welcome to renew if you wish.

** Please kindly note - the full rent of this room is 1573, but we've included one month free which comes out to a net rent of 1400. But, if you choose to renew come next February, assuming the housing market improves, the rent upon renewal we would likely return to 1573.
