I have a room available in a 2 BED, 1 BATH apartment in Midtown Manhattan starting July 1st. Here are some additional details:

Looking for a clean, respectful female professional to help me finish my current lease ending September 30, 2020 (with option to renew).

You will be entitled to a private bedroom in the apartment. The bedroom has large windows with plenty of natural light and a massive closet.

The apartment has a large living room which you will share with myself. The kitchen is newly renovated and includes a dishwasher. The bathroom is also newly renovated and includes an LED smart mirror, a dual-flush European-style toilet, and a deep soaking tub. Laundry services are located in the basement (machines accept credit cards). There is an elevator in the building.

Associated Costs:
-Monthly rent (includes water): $1,642
-Utilities (ConEdison): approximately $50 per month
-Wi-Fi/internet access: $25 per month

Location: Midtown West, 43rd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues
