Renting out my beautiful apartment in Hells Kitchen (46st/9th Ave).
Furniture available for purchase. I?m looking for a serious tenant, a min 9 month lease or longer. Open to negotiations for the right fit, but I?m leaning towards a longer term than short. Entire apartment is 2 bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. Convenient to the C/E stop on 50th and 8th, NQRW on 49th and 7th.

You'll be sharing the apartment with my roommate, who is quiet and cleans up after himself, and rarely cooks. Kitchen appliances, refrigerator, and hard food floors are kept like new. Large bright windows in the kitchen.

Rent will be inclusive of water and the laundromat is right in the building. Utilities and the internet will be split 2-ways and run about $35-$40/person

1. 1st + last month's rent ($2,800) total. In 2 separate payments.

3. Proof of Income: Recent Bank Statement showing income, pay check, or offer letter
