Large room available in Hell's Kitchen Apartment!

I'm a 26 year old law student heading into my final year of school. I currently live in Hell's Kitchen on 9th Avenue in a 2 bedroom apartment. My roommate is leaving at the end of our lease to move in with some friends, so her bedroom is available. I'm looking for someone to sign a 1 year lease with me for my place starting August 1st. The rooms are pretty massive for NYC which was a big draw for me considering other NYC apartments are so tiny. There are no closets but we both have big armoires for our clothes as well as a dresser. Each room fits a full size/queen bed. I also have a vanity and desk in my room! The rooms are on opposite sides of the apartments which helps with privacy, and noise. The kitchen is also decent size with counter space and theres a small area that can fit a couch and tv. There are also two closets in the hallway where we put our coats, bags, cleaning supplies and suitcases. Due to Covid i'm currently negotiating with the management company for a rent reduction but we are somewhere between $1500-1650 a month. Heat and hotwater are included, and the only utilities we cover are Wifi and Electricity! There's a major grocery store around the corner and laundry right next door as well as a coffee shop! Most days of the week i'll be at school until pretty late unless our classes in the fall are remote! On the weekends I like to go for walks around the city, check out any of the restaurants near by (we live right next to Restaurant Row! Its pretty cool) or i'm at home watching netflix and ordering takeout. Let me know if you'd like to see the video of the place!
