I am 43yo gay guy, originally from Greece, been in NYC for 20 years now. I am very caring, warm, fun and loveing. Interior designer by trade and a general contractor. I run my business from the a finish basement that came with the apartment.
I am not big TV watcher and I like to occasionally have friends over for dinner. Our summer BBQs have also become and establish NYC event!
Though this summer we will stay put.

I do not really drink (not sober but never enjoyed) I do not smoke and I do not party or use any drugs.
