We are three responsible, friendly young professionals (executive chef, real estate broker, law student) currently sharing an amazing 14th floor 4BR/2Ba ~1000sf apartment, and one of our roommates moved back home - so we have their furnished corner bedroom available immediately. The floorplan is large and spread out, and we all travel often, so it's sometimes like not having roommates at all!

This furnished bedroom is 10' x 10' with a full-size bed, closet, dressers and cabinets, bright, clean, with ridiculous high-floor corner views directly over the Hudson River (images are real)! Utilities (electricity, high-speed Internet, TV, etc) are split equally and usually come out to about $50/month. The River Place building is set up like a resort, with swimming pool, two tennis courts, full-court indoor basketball court, package room, three sundecks and BBQ grills, organic supermarket, deli, and in-building Kings of Kobe restaurant downstairs, free crosstown shuttles M-F and public bus connections all the way East on 42nd and 50th Streets from in front of the building - plus a high-end bowling alley and lounge (Lucky Strike)! Truly an incredible building, and a great fit for someone looking to live in a luxury, full-service building, for the all-in monthly cost of less than a walk-up studio apartment.
