Large Room, Amazing Location, Great Roommates

One of our roommates is sadly moving out, so we?re in search of our next awesome roommate for our 3-bedroom apt in HK! You?d be sharing with two gay guys in their 30s with ?typical? 9-5 jobs. Even though we are both working remotely now, there?s ample space for privacy and quiet to do your work if you happen to be working remotely too.

You can be whatever as long as you?re relatively stable/laid back and good with the typical roommate stuff: paying bills on time, picking up after yourself, respecting common areas- the usual.

The room is very spacious with enough room for dresser or two, king/queen size bed, and even an 2-seater couch + ample closet space. We have a good sized living room, and our bathroom is new after being recently renovated!

The building is an elevator building, with laundry in the basement and we are near major subway lines: A/C/E/1/2/3/S/N/Q/R/W and steps away from a gym (whenever those open up again), full supermarket, and a Citibike dock all across the street. Plus near the West Side highway for great running, skating, or just casual strolls by the pier.

To move in you?d need 1st month?s rent ($1555) + security deposit ($1555)= $3110 and we?re looking for someone long term from now until our lease renewal in April, 2021. Room is available starting *October 1st* (or a few days earlier if you need/want). Utilities are pretty typical - usually between $70-$100/month, for Wifi, Electricity, and shared cleaning lady.
