Room available in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment

Hey guys! My roommate and I are looking for someone to sign the lease with us and take a bedroom in this amazing 3 bed 2 bath apartment in an amenity-filled luxury building in Hudson Yards neighborhood. The net effective rent will be around $1350 per month for a year long lease. The apartment is bright, clean with 16 ft celling height, floor-to-ceiling windows and a huge kitchen area. This is for move in around end of February (earlier might be possible) but we need to sign the lease by end of the year.
