The apartment building has gym, laundry room, roof terrace, 24h doorman to keep your delivery. Your room is converted from a large sunny living room with Hudson view, but still has the privacy required - you can keep all current furniture if needed. Bathroom& kitchen are shared with another guy.
About me: young professional working in fintech, currently WFH but mostly staying in my room. Clean, quiet and open minded. I respect other's personal space and lifestyle but also open to hangouts if that's your thing. Covid-cautious and getting vaccinated soon
