Amenity building, furnished. gym, rooftop, & more

Hi! I am looking for a roommmate (male or female) working professional, who wants to live in building with a gym, and other amenties. . I am looking for someone to take the master bedroom (large around $1,650 budget), of a 2 bedroom-flex. So a big one bedroom flexed into 2.

I am super laid back about most things, and work at a big ad agency. I do a lot outside of work so I rarely home after work (usually in class or out), so it really does feel like your place a lot of the time. I am also out and about during the weekends. I am pretty social, but I don't have big parties and don't have people over on weekdays. I don't mind if you have people over! I can also furnish the place with sofas, glass coffee table and dining table, big screen TV, Vitamix, Air-Fryer, Crock-pot, other kitchen stuff, rug, and more!

These pics are from the building FYI (not the actual apt) we would sign the lease together, and I am confident we can make it look super nice together. I am open to different locations with similar amenties. There are some great deals so looking to move quick!
