HOUSE: 2 levels (top 2 levels of a brownstone), 3 bedroom , 2.5 bathrooms, large gourmet kitchen, dining area and lounge room. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Heating and A/C in all rooms.

ROOM: Room is quiet and has a built in closet. There is room for a queen bed, draws and a small desk. Share a full bathroom with 1 other.

UTILITIES: Utilities (heat, electricity, water) are included in the rent cost.

RENT: $2100 (plus security)

MOVE IN DATE: Available now

HOUSEMATES: 2 gay males - both who split their time between this apartment and another location (gives opportunity to have the apartment to yourself from time to time).

We keep a clean and tidy place and hold each other accountable to that. We are respectful of each other and enjoy spending time together in the apartment. We keep visitors to a minimum, but do enjoy throwing combined dinner parties/drinks occasionally.
