Large windows with unobstructed views from the 12th floor, stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), utilities included, elevator, bright rooms, doorman, lounge, laundry in building, gym ($10/month) and close to CE 50th street trains.

Bedroom is unfurnished but TV and couch furnished in living room.

Move in date is March 1st and looking to sign a 12 month lease.

Gas to building is currently being restored after a gas leak but management is working to fix it and it should be completed soon. So driers are out of service (washers are still usable) and so is the stove/oven but have a portable oven/air grill/air fryer in the meantime.
