Room for rent in cozy Hells Kitchen

Hi I’m renting a room in my Hell’s Kitchen apartment. It’s a railroad apartment with two entrances. The room currently has a twin bed and book case. I’m a make up artist who’s laid back and quiet. I don’t drink or do drugs and I want a drug free apartment. I’m looking for someone who is quiet, clean respectful and won’t bring the party home. The rent includes cable and Wi-Fi put electricity is an additional bill (around $45 a month). Move in is immediate. The neighborhood is near to every train, bars, restaurants, theater and Central Park. LGBTQ friendly.
