Hello everyone, looking for 2 people to sign a new lease with me. The building is gorgeous with great amenities including washer and dryer in unit, gym, co-working space, view of the Hudson river+sunset/sunrise and many more this high rise luxury apartment has to offer. It's also great proximity to Lincoln Square, Columbus circle, central Park, lots of food areas and quite a few parks in the neighborhood. A nice little haven.
No smoking/pets. Hamster may be okay.
I'll be taking the master bed with private bath. The flex room will have it's ceiling to floor window x2 (view floor plan)
Apartment will be available late May, but it'll be great to secure the place asap because this is the 3rd unit I lost for the building 😄it sells out quick! Viewing will start May 1st.
