Spacious Room in Inwood, Manhattan

Spacious bedroom available in a pre-war apartment in Inwood - the apartment has been well kept, with high ceilings and gets lots of beautiful light. The room will be available from between September 1st-10th, depending on when the current tenant moves. September rent would be prorated accordingly. The photos show it being used as a studio, but it would come completely unfurnished.

The apartment is a very short walk to both the A and the 1 trains (travel time is about 30 minutes to Midtown). The neighborhood is safe, the apartment is within walking distance to three beautiful parks, nice bars and restaurants, and 2 grocery stores. The apartment has a TV with Roku and wifi. Utilities include internet and electricity, and usually average about $110/month depending on the time of year. The building has a laundry room and an elevator, and our super is very responsive. Please note this is a non-smoking building.

I'm looking for someone clean, reliable, and laid back. I work remotely so would prefer someone who does not, as I need some private hours during the day to work and rehearse, but I'm flexible about when those hours might be.
