It’s my place I call home and live here full time. The advertised listing says live out landlord but that’s incorrect. Am happy to share and host to eligible modest tidy honest reliable and respectful guest.

My place is close to Bunni Coffee, Yummy Thai, Inwood Local, Garden Café, and Tobby Hook Restaurant. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for solo adventurers , students , and business travelers.

Shoes at the door, no shoes allowed on inside the apt at all times, no smoking, no mess or dishes eating containers left behind, wipe down after bathroom usage, consideration to neighbors and tidy overall.
