I have 1 room for Rent $1100. a month includes all Utilities + wifi included, AC and a queen bed. 24/7 laundry place on the neighborhood.

I am looking for a female 1 roommate to share a lovely apartment in a pre-war building, located in uptown(Inwood) Manhattan. Perfect for a College student or professional.

No couples.

We have created a space that is clean, respectful and drama free.
Inwood is a safe, chill and beautiful neighborhood. Our building is located on a nice and quiet street, that is walking distance from the tranquil Inwood Hill Park, and Fort Tryon Park where the cloisters are located. It's great for someone who enjoys outdoors, running, etc. We also have great access to dining restaurants as we are walking distance from Dyckman street which is becoming the uptown strip for fine dining and lounges. Easy access to public transportation such as the A train less than 5 min walk away and also the 1 train about 8 min walk. We also have access to several buses such as the 100, 20, and 7 Bus (which is less than a 10 min ride to Target). We also have access to the select 12 bus which takes you to Bay Plaza Shopping Mall.

The public spaces that are shared are the Kitchen ( the building have none gas for baking until ConEdison come an fix the issue. We do have full kitchen equipment( microwave, refrigerator, mini electric stove, etc, it just there not gas on to bake.). Also shared the bathroom, which is kept clean and tidy. (must have a full cleaning on a daily basis, meaning you must clean as you use the shared spaces. We do have a cleaning lady but she comes every 2 weeks.) You will be able to use them whenever you like. (this is a suite styled apartment I. E. no Living area)

The ideal roommate is friendly, responsible, Not a party person, likes to have their home be their sanctuary, who cleans up after themselves, and their guest too. Also pays the rent on time.
Desired Move-in any day from now. We would need first and last, months rent to move in. Which would be a total of $2,200.

Note: Toiletries, cleaning products, etc, are not included as part of the rent/ expenses so this shall be a responsibility of all roommates to take turns buying shared products such as toilet paper, towel paper, dish soap hand soap, cleaning products, etc.
