The room is large and has wide windows. Large closet space and AC. Enough room for a queen size bed and additional room for maybe a desk and other furniture. Access to backyard is available. The area is close to subway transportation into manhattan and bronx. Potential roommate should be a working professional like myself who is responsible and respectful.
