Manhattan/Inwood Park Hill/West 204th St.

Furnished (partially) large room (15x18) with a large window and A/C unit; ceiling fan, hardwood floors, locked, divided by a hallway with 2nd roomie, There is a small dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom, in between.
I do have pets, who stay in my bedroom. The roomie should at least tolerate them, as for as, I work from home, and/or go out often with an old dog.
The utilities are extra $55/ea. at this time, but for the park access and express A train to Columbus Circle (30mins), this room is under $1000, bc of my pets, who are like kids to me. I am a globetrotter and have lived and studied/worked in foreign countries. It's important to keep it quiet, with no substance abuse/parties. Guests should not abuse privileges. Pls ask qs.
