11x17 Inwood bedroom

My roommate and I are looking for a responsible, tidy and considerate person to fill the 3rd room in our apartment. Some details about the unit:

3rd floor, elevator building

Large bedroom approx 11 x 17 (Queen-sized bed pictured)

Close to the A and 1 Trains (5min), as well as the Bx20 and Bx9, and BxM1.

Located between Inwood Hill Park and Fort Tryon Park (5-10 minute walk)

I have a medium sized dog (very quiet, tends to nap and keep to herself)

Laundromat is down the block (usu. 24hrs in non-covid times)

Close to many restaurants (with outdoor seating), but away from the busy main street

Currently move in ready, 1 year sublet preferred
