Cozy room for rent in Inwood-just outside the park

My name is Jamie. I am 28 years old and am looking for a roommate to fit in with my lifestyle. I am a personal trainer and yoga instructor- currently working from home, mostly doing virtual sessions. I am looking for someone who is friendly, polite and mindful of their space and easy going. I keep my apartment tidy and making sure that the energy in my apartment is pleasant to be in is my priority. My home is my sanctuary and i am looking for someone that is willing to keep that same feel to it/add to it. The apartment is just outside the park which makes it easy to always have a place to unwind and breathe. The bedroom is currently furnished but if you have your own furniture and would prefer using it, that?s no problem with me. The wall in the room is also currently red but will be painted a more neutral color in a few days.
