In need of new roommate

Hello!

I have a furnished bedroom in a three bedroom apartment in Inwood / Washington Heights. The bedroom is spacious and completely furnish, including a mini fridge and a AC unit. The apartment is in a nice, quite building with elevator. The apartment has only one bathroom that is shared but is kept clean as well the kitchen and other common areas. For public transportation we have the A train less than 5 minutes from the apartment and the 1 train around 7 minutes away.
Wifi and utilities come included.

I'm a gay male in my late 20s and I live with my boyfriend and our two dogs. The dogs are super friendly and well trained. We are very respectful people, clean, don't smoke and just occasional drinkers.
