Fairly Quiet, Def- Cute and Cozy.

Hello,
I’m looking for someone to sublet my room and finish out the rest of my lease that ends in March 2023.
*Short term rentals are considered*

-Nice beautiful area
-friendly neighbors/neighborhood
-laundromat 2 blocks away
-delis and amazing local shops within 2 feet of the building
-local 1and A trains less then 5 minutes away!

Heat and water are the utilities included.
Coned split between three ranges between 30-70$ depending on usage and the wifi is 11-15$ per person.

The room itself fits up to a full size bed and faces the back of the apartment which is the quietest spot in a typical Dominican neighborhood.

The room didn’t come with furniture but If someone is interested in anything in there, I am open to negating for a decent price.(twin class bed, mattress, vanity and white shelves)

You would be living with a man and a woman who typically are out of the apartment for work and keep to themselves.
