I have a room available in my apartment in Inwood$810 a month and utilities are included with a potential to be added to the lease. Move in by March 1st. No deposit needed. 3-6 month lease.
The bedroom is mid sized and comes furnished with a queen sized bed, love seat, dresser, and night stand, but you can get rid of the furniture if you like. There are two large windows which give the room lots of light. You will have plenty of privacy as our rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. The apartment is a 3rd floor walk up and is not accessible. The A&1 trains are both between two and 3 blocks away and it only takes 30-40 minutes to get to mid town. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby as well as two parks.
Must be pet friendly as I dog sit/board and maybe getting a pet in the future.
Must be LGBTQ friendly.
