This is for a 1 BEDROOM in a 2 BEDROOM apartment. There is already 1 person on the lease for this fantastic space and I am looking for a 2nd person to fill the larger bedroom. This is for a 1-year lease. There is NO BROKER FEE but you will be asked for 1 month security deposit.

I am the former roommate (I am moving out and need someone to replace me).

Your room:
- Is HUGE! 12 x 13 feet in size
- Has 2 windows
- Has the option to stay furnished (if you'd like my closet, bed, etc. just let me know!)
- Has a window A/C unit that will stay behind

You will have access to:
- Elevator in the building (you will be on the 4th floor)
- A shared living room and kitchen (full size fridge and stove, no 'mini' appliances!)
- A shared bathroom
- Laundry on the ground floor in the building
- The 6 train is a short 4-5 min walk away
- An AMAZING super who lives in the building and is the best!

If you are:
- Clean and tidy
- Respectful of neighbors (it's a quieter building)
- Don't have pets (cats OK, case by case)
- A nice person :)
