I am the building manager that is in charge of these NO fee student /intern/newly graduate rental!
The building is located on 28 street between park avenue and Lexington next to subway 6 train and within about 12 to 15 minutes walking distance to Grand central or Union Square!
Most tenants here currently are student or newly graduated in their early 20?s!

Our landlord is offering extra $150 off on standard rent for all the furnished room in these 3 bedroom apt!
We have room originally price at $1450, $1550, $1675, $1700 and huge room $1750!
But for May thru August the rent will be down $150 per month for rental that is 3 months minimum !
So in apt 5A those room will be $1300, $1550 and $1600 for the largest room!
Anyone want to rent long term after summer will also get $100 off per room per month From the standard rent price if renew for one year !

The area is very convenience with many restaurants and cheap supermarket like trader joe and target, fairway and large movies theatre all within a few minute walk from this building !

Large room has a full size storage bed with drawers, 1 large closets plus wardrobe , desk with mirror and large TV set on cabinet with drawers!

The huge closet with 2 sliding door is about 8 ft x 7 ft wide.
Smaller room has 2 closet a desk with mirror and drawers and a storage bed , a large TV set mounted on the wall facing the bed!
Living room also have a large sofa day bed, a set of dinning table with 4 chairs , another set of TV on the shoes cabinet that can storage upto 25 pairs shoes!

there are also sunny rooms in the penthouse duplex apt 7B with skylight and very spacious dinning and sofa common area price ranging from $1450 to $1700 ( with extra $150 off for summer also ) our landlord owns the whole building and 21 street building.
Each room has its own TV set but living room also has TV in 5A , 3A And 7B.

The apartment has free high speed internet and cooking gas , water all included !

Living room has a new dinning table can seat unto 6 people, a set of 4 Acrylic clear ghost chairs, a sofa day bed with 2 mattress that can sleep extra guests.

The kitchen has microwave, toaster, new fridge, dishes, pots and pans and coffee maker.

bathroom also has a towel rack tower so each roommate has a shelve . and a newly installed large medicine cabinet each roommate will have one big section of their own space to store their stuff.

building has cars operated laundry machine in basement and super living in basement available to help monday to friday !

building is located on 28 street between park and lexington next to 6 train.

Maid service can be added if tenant would like to included twice a month service $ 50 each time !
