Hi, there. I am looking for a new male roommate since my gf moves to other state for her PhD program. It is a 1-bedroom apartment and I will use the living room, while you will use your own room, but bathroom and kitchen will be shared.
The room will be available after August 5th, 2019. My current lease contract will be over at the end of August, so I am looking for someone who can extend the contract for one year more with me.
This apartment is "The lanthians".
