Massive 1 Bedroom Available in a Luxury High-Rise

Hi! Our lease is up on July 31, 2020, but I will be moving into my new place this year. I'm looking for a female replacement starting November 30 (as early as mid-November if needed). We have a large 1 bedroom apartment and you would be staying in the converted bedroom, which has a full wall. This is a high-rise luxury building with a 24/7-hour concierge, gym, pool, laundry facility, garage, and a massive rooftop sundeck with a 360 degree panoramic view of the city. My apartment is located on the 22nd floor and comes with a beautiful view of the Empire State Building and Manhattan skyline. The lease would be for 8 months with the ability to renew/extend for as long as you want (minimum of 1 year).

A little bit about my roommate: She is 26, female, and a New Jersey native. She is pursuing medicine and currently a resident at NYU in Midtown East, with fairly regular hours, Monday-Friday. Like me, she is a clean, respectful, drama free and easy to get along with person. A reasonably clean apartment, especially the bathroom and kitchen, is very important to her. As for eating, she likes to do a mix of cooking and eating out. She also enjoys going out with friends for food and drinks, but doesn?t bring the party home!
