We have one room available for rent in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in a high-rise building located in Kips Bay, Manhattan.

The apartment has a full kitchen and a large living room, with a balcony. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, so you will share it with one other person. Each bathroom has a full bathtub shower.
There is also in-unit laundry and dryer!
The room has a large window facing the Manhattan skyline to the West, and can fit a full bed with room for dress and desk/chair. The previous tenant who will be moving out can leave the bed and desk for a price.

The building includes doorman security, laundry services, package room, free yoga and a courtyard.
The building is close to a lot of transportation options, including 6 train which is 3 blocks away, three different bus lines that are right outside the building on 2nd Avenue. There is Target, Fairway, Trader Joe's, Duane Reade all within a couple blocks. Also, the building's really well located in the city, walking distance to lots of cool places in the city such as East Village, Flatiron, Union Square, Midtown; plus there are tons of cute and hip restaurants, cafes and bars in the neighbourhood!

You'll be rooming with 3 other young professionals, who are quiet, respectful of space, clean and easygoing. We also enjoy lounging around, and would like to invest in decorating the living room space to make it cozier and more homey.
