My roommate and I have been living in this unit since 2016, and love the area. We're right across the street from Fairways, which makes grocery runs super easy. We're an avenue away from all the bars in Murray hill, which is close enough to be right there, but far away enough that our street is nice and quiet. The unit has a massive balcony and a real, non-walled-off living room and dining area. It also faces a school, so you have no neighbors on nights and weekends.

About us: My roommate and I are women in our late 20s, both work in Tech. We enjoy a fun night out once in a while, but generally don't like to bring the party back. I'm moving to Los Angeles at the end of September for a new job. The lease is up for renewal in March, and it's up to you if you'd like to continue with the lease!

I'm planning on leaving most, if not all of my furniture behind, so the place has the option of being semi-furnished. The room is 10x10 and fits a full/queen comfortably with ample space around. It is a flex, but has full walls and a door, so it feels like a real room. The room also has access to a large master closet.
