Female Roommate wanted - Dec 1 move-in

Hi - We are 2 girls who live and work in Manhattan looking for a third roommate. The apartment is big with 3 large bedrooms, a full living room, kitchen with dishwasher, and 1 1/2 bathrooms. There is a Target 1 block from the apartment with Trader Joe?s & Fairway just a few minutes walk away! We are looking for a female roommate in her 20s or 30s to take over the available bedroom for a 1 year lease. Week nights are low key with us usually working late, going to gym, or just hanging out at the apartment. On weekends we both tend to go out a bit but don?t bring the party home.
