This is a large bedroom with gorgeous downtown views. It's got ample closet space. The room is tucked away in the corner of the apartment which keeps it quiet at all times. The apartment is a large 3 bedroom apartment, which we have converted into a four bedroom using a flex wall. We are on the 35th floor which allows for incredible views in all directions. The kitchen is updated and has full size dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge. Living room has gorgeous views of the Midtown Manhattan skyline along with a nice table/chairs, sofa and TV. The building is impeccably maintained. The doorman collects all packages and deliveries and holds them for you.

Our ideal roommate would be another like minded professional looking to have a clean, happy, mellow place to live. We are all professionals who have fairly hectic schedules and dont spend a great amount of time in the apartment. We would love to have someone who might want to occasionally share a glass of wine and have friendly conversation. We are looking for someone who is responsible and positive.
