1 Rm Available in Large, Quiet Elevator Apt

I am moving out of my apartment at Waterside Plaza and looking for a sublettor. Lease goes until 9/30/2020. Move in date is flexible, but looking for someone to move in late May to mid June and live at least through the end of the current lease. Current cost is $1583/mo + internet/cable and electricity.

Room is large enough to comfortably fit queen bed and a desk and has a great view of FiDi. Kitchen and living room are shared with two mid twenties male roommates. Bathroom is shared with one roommate. Roommate interests include movies/TV, food, and going out. Ideal sublettor would get along well with the current roommates.

The building has a doorman and elevator. Laundry is available in the basement. Each room in the apartment has an AC/heater unit, which is not mounted in the window. Kitchen has fairly modern appliances including dishwasher.

The plaza area is very nice for spending time outside in the summer. Watersize Plaza has its own grocery store, dry cleaners, and reasonably-priced gym. Parking is also available.
