With the apartment having a total of three true beds/two baths, you would be enjoying your own 1 bed/private bathroom space. Walk into the apartment, you will be greeted with a flood of light (we have huge windows, a sun roof, tall ceilings, fresh white) and large space to walk in. Your room itself fits a full size bed perfectly, with large in-wall closet space (shelving and rod included) and a large window. Walk in and turn a left to enjoy your own private, full-sized bathroom -- shower, sink, mirror shelving, window for plenty of light and fresh air. The entire unit is extremely quiet, loads of storage (access to in-unit loft for luggage and box storage), and we have the scenic view of the Empire State building to enjoy!

We live right down the street from the popular Gem Saloon so you are within walking distance to one of the best bars in town, without having to worry about any sort of noise. The building itself is a walkup, with a mix of young professionals and families. The building was just freshly renovated/painted, and our own unit was upgraded with a new kitchen sink, closet fixes. It is ready to go!

My roommate and I are super clean and respectful, like to keep it chill with the occasional wine, movie nights, etc!

We are ideally looking for somebody to sign leasing contract with us at the soonest for July 1 move in, and are happy to discuss. Given the current circumstances with social distancing, more than happy to set up a facetime, etc. to get to know you better!
