Large Flexed 2 bedroom in Kips Bay/ Murray Hill

I am looking for someone to take over my 12 month lease in large flexed 2 bedroom in Murray Hill/Kips Bay Area (the bedroom is huge for a flexed room). My roommate is amazing? super respectful, clean, and kind. She works for EY in project management.

Take a look at my listing. The living space/kitchen is already furnished ???????? and I am open to selling my bedroom furniture. I love the building and unit so much, but sadly I have to move. It?s super nice with gorgeous lobby, two fancy gyms with Pelotons and full staff/doormen (amenities included). I am flexible with move-in dates, so let me know if you have any questions!
