We are looking for someone professional, non-smoker, clean, respectful of others, and who has a great personality. Sorry no pets allowed. Ideally, someone long-term as we all know how painful this process is.

We are a male and a female from Europe and the US who are considerate, respectful, and easy to get along with. We both work in corporate environments. We enjoy keeping the apartment clean and stress-free as it feels good coming home after a long day. When home we try to relax, or we are working. Occasionally we have friends over for a dinner, but no parties. Other than that we enjoy all the great things that NYC has to offer.
