Looking for a quiet and easygoing roommate to sublet July and/or August with the option to sign a yearly lease starting in September. Room can come with a like new full sized mattress (less than a year old) and bed frame for an extra $300, as well as a standing shelf rack and door mirror. Has a full sized closet with storage space above. About a three block walk to the 6, right near several bus stops, and a Target is up the street. Laundry machines in building next door along with a wash and fold. Utilities (WiFi, cable, electric) are about $100-120 a month total. Current roommate is 29, super nice, and works in midtown.
