Female roommate wanted

My roommate and I currently stay at Waterside Plaza in a 3 bed/2 bath apartment. The building has laundry available along with amenities like the gym, an outdoor patio with a view of the East River, Gristedes grocery store, and a study lounge. I am a graduate student at NYU College of Dentistry and my roommate works in fashion. We are friendly and social but never gets loud in the apartment. Very respectful of space and privacy.
