Lease starts January 1st, 2022. My current roommate had lived here 9 years! But she is getting married and moving out. Must have good credit or guarantor. Security deposit and 1st month rent due day of signing. Everything is done digitally - really smooth process.

Room has its own air conditioner and heater, living room has its own wall mounted electric fire place. We just had the entire apartment re-painted by the building too.

Rent is $1700 not including utilities which can vary. The heat in the winter may fluctuate the cost, AC is usually cheaper in the summer.
