I am renting out one of the bedrooms in my spacious, sun filled apartment. The building has a full time doorman and elevators. Apartment is in a luxury condo building located on 24th Street and 2nd Ave. Beautifully renovated with lots of natural light coming from three sides and is very large (1,700 SF). Very large rooms, large renovated kitchen (dishwasher/microwave/large refrigerator), comfortable dining/living area facing east and south) plus a small bar. Laundry facilities in the building. I prefer to rent to a responsible professional. It is fine to have guests, but no party animals need to apply. The room is $1,600. It has an ample closet space. This is a very elegant apartment close to Grand Central, Penn Station, and Downtown! There's a Target, Morton Williams, Fairway Market, Trader's Joe and many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. It's next to the NYU dental School. Everything is included with the rent plus Wi-Fi!
