Sunny river-view room in Kips Bay Court

A large and sunny bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment available! The apartment is on the 15th floor and has an open view of the East river. I really love this apartment and don't want to move, so I'm hoping to find a roommate to renew the lease with me. The empty room (bedroom 2) is large enough to fit a queen bed, a desk, 2 dressers, and a yoga mat. The living room is furnished and kitchen fully equipped as well. (Shibe in the pic is not included sadly, but pets are welcome!)

Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet itself but close to a lot of things: it's 7 minutes' walk from Trader Joe's, 5 minutes to Fairways, 2 minutes to Target, and under 15 minutes to Flatiron/Eataly (gelato yay)/Madison Square Park and K-town. If you go to NYU, the free school bus (route E) is one block away.

Roommate:
You will be living with me, a 24-year-old female working in UES during the day. I'm clean and organized, and I'm looking for the same in my roommate.
