1 Bedroom available in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment

I'm looking for a roommate in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment located in Kips Bay. It's an unfurnished room but there is a full size bed available if you are interested and there is enough space for a desk and a dresser. There is laundry in the building as well. About me, I'm 25 years old who mostly works from home. There is plenty of space available in the apartment if you work from home too.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone to sign a lease for $1650 per month but I’m willing to negotiate.
